AUGUST 21: Scrimmage vs. Mesquite Skeeters @ Clark Field

    Preview two Texas high school football powerhouse traditions in full uniform on Friday - August 21, 2009. The scrimmage start time for JV is 5:00 PM and for VARSITY, start time is at 7:00 PM !

    VISITORS: note that the traffic going north on Hwy 75 gets very congested starting around 3:30 PM on Friday evenings. Exit at Spring Creek and turn left. The entrance is approximately 3/4 mile on your right hand side just west of the tennis courts (past Race Trac and before Clark High School). Visitors must park to the WEST (turn left from south entrance) of the stadium for the scrimmage (Visitors will be sitting at the SOUTH end of the stadium - turn to right ramp once you have entered the WEST gate). PARKING IS FREE.

    NOTE : Other recommended entrances to the stadium if the Spring Creek exit is backed up -

    (OPTIONAL DIRECTIONS) Go further north and exit at Legacy - turn left at the light and go past Chase Oaks Rd. and turn left on STADIUM Dr.(just past the apartment complex). Another extended choice is exiting Legacy, turn left at the light, go past Chase Oaks Rd. and go to the next major light at Alma Dr., turn left, go about 1/4 mile and turn left at Seabrook Drive. Both of the exits from Legacy will take you just slightly NORTH of the stadium. Visitors should go to the SECOND entrance at the end of the stadium and then turn left (EAST) when you enter the parking lot. THERE IS NO ENTRANCE FROM OR EXIT TO CHASE OAKS Road at the stadium.

    If you come early - there are plenty of fast food restaurants in the area - Whataburger, Taco Cabana, Sonic, Subway, Taco Bueno, McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's, and CiCi's Pizza. Check your GPS before you leave!!!

    EVERYONE: There are no backs to the aluminum bench seats at Clark Field - so if you need a folding seat and/or a tail pad with support - bring one !

    HOME TEAM: Parking (FREE) for the home team is WEST of the stadium - once you enter the WEST gate - seating (scrimmage only) for the WILDCAT fans into the stadium is by the LEFT ramp. The Visitors will be directed to the SOUTH ramp.

    Make sure you give yourself enough time to get there before the JV starts at 5:00 PM and the Varsity kickoff at 7:00 PM !!!
