Hey Wildcats,

All the invitations have been mailed. If you have not received your invitation please send me your correct
address. This year end banquet is a celebration for all Wildcat Players - JV and Varsity, Parents, Coaches,
and Trainers.

We would be honored to have each of you attend to banquet. We introduce each player. Once they check-in,
find their table, they will line up beside the stage in numerical order with their team. It is a fun evening for
all! The banquet check-in starts at 6:00pm, with the banquet beginning at 7:00pm.

The Quarterback Club pays for each of the players banquet ticket. Parents, siblings, and date tickets
must be paid for by the family. All RSVP cards must be received by Feb. 12th. No tickets will be sold at
the door because all seating is pre-arranged! Players sit with players and parents sit with parents.

Dress Code - slacks, shirts, tie and jacket. No earrings and must be cleanly shaven.

Highlight video - You will pick up your pre-ordered highlight video at one of the tables in front.

Pictures - If you would like a family portrait, date picture, or friend group picture - Lou Goodrum will be
taking pictures before the banquet starts. SENIOR GROUP PICTURE will be taken at 6:00pm Sharp!

Decorating - We need parents to help with decorating starting at 1:30 PM!

We can't believe the season is over and it's banquet time! It has been a great pleasure to be your
Quarterback Club Captains for the year! We will always treasure your friendship and the memories!
