Jaydon McCullough - Head Coach/Athletic Director
Coach McCullough (wife - Kathy; sons - Roydon (25) and Tex (21), and daughter - Kaydyn (14). (Tex not pictured, junior at Midwestern State). In his 3rd year as head coach, McCullough was formerly the Offensive Coordinator during an 18-year coaching career at Plano. He is a 27-year coaching veteran with nine years of experience before coming to Plano. He graduated from Plano Senior High School and got his college degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Coach Richardson (wife - Zandra; son - Mason (1).
In his 3rd season with the Wildcats, Marcus Richardson previously coached at Nicholls State University, where he graduated from college. Richardson teaches Special Education at PSHS.

Steve Thomas - Special Teams/Defensive Tackles
Coach Thomas (daughter - Whitney; granddaughter - April; grandson-Jacob). In his 29th year at Plano and 46th year overall coaching, Thomas graduated from Southwest High School in St. Louis, Missouri He completed his undergraduate work at William Jewell College and earned a Master's degree from Eastern Illinois University. He teaches Physical Education at Beverly Elementary.

Dailey graduated from Grapeland High School. He went on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Masters of Education from Sam Houston State University. He teaches elementary PE at Huffman Elementary.
